Each candle is made individually. The total time from order to shipment of items usually takes 1-3 days. Delivery time up to 5 business days. We do not take responsibility for incorrect address.

VIP Local Delivery.
Each candle is made individually. The total time from order to pickup of items usually takes 1-2 days. During this time we will contact you to schedule delivery time range.
Return & Refund.
At Simple Candles, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 2 days of delivery.
If you are unhappy with your order you may return the unused candle within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items. We will give the full refund for the product but the shipping cost is unrefundable.
